I have Hunter disease, which is a life limiting degenerative disorder. It causes progressive physical and learning disabilities. Medical problems associated with Hunter disease include severe and progressive skeletal deformities causing joint pain, poor coordination and impaired gross and fine motor skills. Epilepsy, conductive and sensorineural deafness, breathing impairment, respiratory infections, central nervous system  involvement, heart disease and bowel problems which can cause severe diarrhoea. Enlarged liver and spleen. Challenging behaviour and carpel tunnel syndrome are also associated with this disease.
